Living on the Gold Coast, we are extremely lucky to have at our doorstep one of the most beautiful environments for our kids to play in and learn from, and there’s no better way to make the most out of it than to become a Kurrawa Nipper.
With ages ranging from 5 up to 14, our Nippers meet every Sunday (with regular training in between) on Kurrawa beach to learn beach and ocean safety, participate in games and challenges, gain water confidence and make fantastic friends. It’s a great way to maintain a fit and active lifestyle for your kids and have a boat load of fun at the same time!
Throughout the season, our Nippers get the opportunity to represent Kurrawa Surf Club at carnivals at a local, branch, state and national level while our solo and team events ensure our Nippers know the value of teamwork and dedication. Our coaching staff are second to none and guide our Nippers from the first time they enter the ocean all the way up to competing at Australia wide competitions.
Our Nipper Sign on Days are coming up at Miami Pool at 9am-11am on Sunday 9 September and Sunday 23 September.
