*The State Team uniform pack has been subsidised by the Sunday Nipper BBQ to reduce the cost of the pack (RRP $400.00)*

Pack Includes: Engine Backpack, Finz Long Sleeve Sun Shirt, Engine Shorts (Boys/Unisex), IMPI Bike Shorts (Girls), Polo Shirt, Towel, Bucket Hat, Club Cap and Esky.

- Full payment is required at completion of the below forms.
- Reimbursements from fundraising proceeds for the cost of the uniform packs only will be made from Thursday 6th February 2025.

-If you submit an entry form but fail to compete in the carnival without informing your coach or the Kurrawa Administration Team in writing of your intentions, you will be invoiced for the full entry fee.

Full payment for your uniform pack is required at the completion of the below form.
Fundraising can be utilised after payment.

Reimbursements from fundraising proceeds will be made from Thursday 6th February 2025.

If you purchase a uniform pack and don't qualify for the state team you can choose to either keep the pack or be refunded.
